สวัสดีครับ

บริการ TOT pinphone 108 (http://www.cardforu.com/  ,https://www.totprepaid.com/ucode_selfcare/selfcare.php) สามารถโทรเข้าหาเลขหมาย TOT netcall 060 ได้แล้ว ด้วยอัตราค่าบริการ 1 บาท/นาที (เศษของนาทีคิดเป็น 1 นาที)

ทำให้ไม่ว่าท่านใช้ TOT netcall อยู่ที่ไหน ผู้ใช้บริการ TOT pinphone 108 ก็สามารถโทรหาท่านได้ โดยให้กด Username ของท่าน (06000xxxxx) เป็นเลขหมายปลายทาง

แล้วเรื่องเปลี่ยนเบอร์นี้อย่างไร ผมเคย ทั้ง post และ email ยังไม่ได้รับการตอบอะไรเลย มีแต่ระบบอัตโนมัติตอบ แล้วพรุ่งนี้ผมจะยังใช้งานได้ไหมเนี้ย โปรดตอบด้วยครับ

ต้องขออภัยที่รบกวนให้ส่งเลขหมายมา แต่ตอนนี้เราได้พัฒนาระบบเปลี่ยนเลขหมายอัตโนมัติแล้วครับ
ผู้ใช้บริการ TOT netcall แบบ Prepaid สามารถเปลี่ยนเลขหมายของท่าน ที่ขึ้นต้นด้วย 068xxxxxxx เป็น 060xxxxxxx ได้โดยอัตโนมัติ

โดยท่านสามารถเข้าไปได้ที่ http://biglot.totnetcall.com/060

1. ใส่ Username (06810xxxxx, 06811xxxxx) และ Password เดิมของท่าน
2. ระบบจะตรวจสอบยอดเงินคงเหลือ จากนั้นกดปุ่มเริ่มเปลี่ยน
3. ระบบจะแสดงเลขหมาย 060 ของท่าน

จำเริญๆ ครับ TOT เปลี่ยนวิธีให้หมายเลขก็ไม่มีการแจ้งลูกค้าเลยนะครับ
ให้ส่งหมายเลขที่ต้องการเข้ามาแล้วก็ให้รอ เข้าไป เดวมันก็รู้เอง อะนะ
ยอดเงินที่ตัดไปอย่างไม่ถูกต้อง ก็ไม่มีการตรวจสอบ เหมือนกับจะให้ลูกค้าทำใจเอาเอง
ก็อยากใช้เองนี่นะ ทำใจซะ

ขอให้ TOT เจริญๆขึ้นไปเรื่อยๆ นะครับ

โทษครับ ผม login เข้าไม่ได้เลย ใส่ User และ password แล้วก็ไม่เห็นได้เลยทั้ง 8 Account

สวัสดีครับ

เรื่่องการเปลี่ยนเลขหมาย ต้องขออภัยด้วยครับ ที่ไม่ได้แจ้งให้ทราบและปล่อยให้รอนานครับ   เราทดสอบระบบการเปลี่ยนอัตโนมัติให้ถูกต้องที่สุดครับ

สำหรับโปรโมชั่น ต้องขออภัยที่ไม่ได้แจ้งล่วงหน้าครับ ซึ่งตอนนี้ผู้ใช้ TOT netcall จะสามารถโทรเข้าได้จาก pinphone 108 แล้วครับ ซึ่งจะมีบริการอื่นเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ครับ นอกจากนัั้นอัตราค่าบริการก็ยังคงประหยัดเหมือนเดิมเมื่อเทียบกับกลุ่มเลขหมาย 060 ด้วยกันครับ

ตกลงไปถึงไหนแล้วครับ ป่านนี้ผมยังไม่ได้เปลี่ยนหมายเลขจาก 068 เป็น 060 เลย
พอ login เข้าไปก็แจ้งว่า "Username หรือ Password ไม่ถูกต้อง !!!! หรือ ท่านลงทะเบียนแล้วนะ"

ตกลงสามารถใช้ได้ตอนไหนเนี๊ย.....  แย่จัง...

ถามหน่อยค่ะ แฟนซื้อพินโฟน 108 มาแล้ว จะลองโทรหาเบอร์ tot netcall เบอร์ใหม่นะค่ะ
โทรจากมือถือ กด 108 ยังไม่ได้เลยค่ะ วิธีใช้ทำไงค่ะ ซื้อบัตรมาแล้วทำไงค่ะ

PinPhone 108 ใช้ได้กับเลขหมายของโทรศัพท์พื้นฐาน (โทรศัพท์บ้าน Fixed line) ของ TOT เท่านั้นครับ

(ปัจจุบันไม่รู้ว่าโครงข่ายอื่นใช้ได้หรือไม่นะครับ เพราะเมื่อก่อนเคยใช้กับ TT&T แล้วไม่ได้ครับ)

บริการ Pinphone 108 สามารถโทรได้จากเลขหมายโทรศัพท์พื้นฐานของ TOT ทั่วประเทศ  และเลขหมายโทรศัพท์พื้นฐานของ True ในเขตกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล

Deliver the desired number arrives, then wait to de อะนะ that it knows itself.
