การสมัครใช้บริการ Prepaid จะไม่กำหนดเวลาการใช้ 30 นาที โดยมีข้อกำหนดคือ

1. รหัสประจำตัวประชาชน 1 รหัสหรือเบอร์โทรศัพท์มือถือ 1 เบอร์ สามารถสมัครได้หลาย account ไม่จำกัดจำนวน
2. สามารถโทรออกต่างประเทศได้
3. เสียค่าบริการตามอัตราการโทรที่กำหนดไว้ ดูได้ใน http://www.totnetcall.com
