Does TOTNetcall support DID now? - Is it possible to call to a ToT Netcall ID?

This is a continuation of 2 earlier forum threads started about 3 years ago...

The questions are still the same:           Does TOTNetcall support DID/DDI?
or in other words (for non-technicians):  Is it possible to call to a ToT Netcall ID?

In January 2010 it was wip.
In April 2010 it was delayed.   
Since then I haven't seen any announcement regarding this -  until now.
And I really like to know if there was some improvement over the years.       ---> Even I use "xxx 2 yyyy +"  since 2010, which works great!   

www.totnetcall.com does not answer that question - naturally. 
It seams the page has unchanged feature descriptions since 2010. 
Even a promotion (already expired June 2010 (2553)) is still advertised...

1. TOT netcall subscriber
2. TOT telephone service (TOT Landline)
3. TOT 3G (TOT mobile)
4. TOT Pinphone 108

For no.1, this is free of charge. For no.2 -4, the calling rate is 1 baht/minute (not included VAT).
