คือใช้งานมานานแล้ว แต่ไม่มีปัญหาแต่อย่างใด แล้วเดือนที่แล้ว ซื้อคอมมาใหม่ ลง soft phone แล้วใช้งานได้ตามปกติ แต่ งง ทำไมมันไม่ยอมเซฟ user , passwd ให้ ทั้งๆที่ติ๊กถูก ให้มันเซฟแล้วนะคะ แต่เวลาจะใช้งานทีไร ต้องพิมพ์ใหม่ทุกที รบกวนสอนหน่อยค่ะ ว่า ต้องทำไง ตรงไหน มันถึงจะเซฟ user และ passwd ให้

ลองใช้ softphone ตัวอื่นๆ เช่น X-lite softphone 4.0
