ท่านผู้ใช้บริการสามารถตรวจสอบการรองรับ VoIP ของเครื่องโทรศัพท์ Nokia ของท่านได้ที่

สวัสดีครับ ท่านผู้ใช้บริการ Nokia ทุกท่าน

เนื่องจากการ Upgrade ในคืนวันที่ 19 พฤศจิกายน 2552 ส่งผลให้ TOT netcall มีการปรับค่า realm ทำให้ค่า realm ซึ่งเป็นค่าที่ใช้ในการตรวจสอบการเข้าใช้งาน (Authentication) จำเป็นต้องมีการปรับครับ

ดังนั้นให้เปลี่ยนดังนี้ครับ

ตรง proxy server (หน้า 9 ในคู่มือ Nokia ของ TOT netcall)

proxy server address = 203.113.125.82
realm = username@10.10.2.50  ให้เปลี่ยนค่าเป็น username@totnetcall.com แทน
สำหรับ parameters อื่น ๆ ในหน้านี้เหมือนเดิม

ตรง registrar server (หน้า 10 ในคู่มือ Nokia ของ TOT netcall)

registrar server address = 203.113.125.82
realm = username@10.10.2.50  ให้เปลี่ยนค่าเป็น username@totnetcall.com แทน
สำหรับ parameters อื่น ๆ ในหน้านี้เหมือนเดิม

ปัญหาดังกล่าว ส่งผลกระทบทำให้ผู้ใช้งานบน Nokia ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ แต่ผู้ท่ี่ใช้บนอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ เช่น PC, Windows Mobile, iPhone ยังคงสามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ

TOT netcall ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกที่เกิดขึ้นด้วยครับ
