ปลายทางไม่ได้ยินเสียงคนที่โทรไปหาเลยค่ะ แต่ว่าเราได้ยินเสียงปลายทางขชัดเจนดี
ไม่ทราบว่าเกิดจากอะไร และแก้ไขยังไงค่ะ

ตอนนี้ใช้รุ่น E65 อยู่ค่ะ แล้วลองทำตามวิธีที่ให้มาแล้ว แต่ใน slide การตั้งค่า Internet Telephone Settings
ในข้อ 2 ไม่เห็นมีให้เลือก SIP setting เลยค่ะ

ไม่ทราบว่าเกี่ยวกันหรือป่าว

ไม่ทราบว่าเคยลองใช้งานผ่าน PC โดยใช้เครือข่ายเดียวกันกับที่ใช้ผ่านมือถือหรือเปล่าครับ อยากให้ลองใช้ดูว่าจะเป็นอาการเดียวกันหรือว่าปกติ และเครือข่ายที่ใช้งานเป็น LAN ที่ทำงานหรือ ADSL ครับ

สวัสดีครับ เคยลองใช้บน Notebook มั้ยครับ
ใช้งานด้วย TOT netcall Softphone น่ะครับ (Download ที่ www.totnetcall.com)


ถ้า Notebook ใช้ได้ น่าจะเป็นเพราะ Config ค่า Nokia ผิดน่ะครับ
