ถ้าเป็นเติมเงิน ก็ไม่ต้องเติมเงินสิครับ

แต่ถ้าเป็นรายเดือน ใช้ไม่ถึง 12 รอบบิล ก็เอาเงินค่าปรับไปด้วย จ่ายให้ครบ 12 รอบบิลครับ แล้วไปติดต่อ TOT สาขาใกล้บ้านครับ
