รบกวนช่วยแก้ไขหน่อยครับอาทิตย์นี้ 2 ครั้งแล้วที่เจอ เมื่อวันพุธก็รอบนึงแล้ว วันนี้เอาอีกละ

ผมก็เจอปัญหานี้เหมือนกันครับ วันนี้เลย ยังไงรบกวนผู้เกี่ยวข้องช่วยแก้ไขให้ด่วนเลยนะครับ

น่าเบื่อ  ติดต่อ  คน support ก็ยากที่ผู้บริหารจะให้เปลี่ยน ผู้ให้บริการแล้ว สงสัยได้ใช้เดือนนี้เดือนสุดท้ายแน่

แปลว่าปัญหามาจาก server ของ Totnetcall ยังไงแอดมินจัดการด้วยนะครับ ผมเบื่อกับปัญหานี้เต็มทีแล้วครับ

ล่าสุด 10.25 ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ TOT Netcall แก้ไข Server เรียบร้อยแล้ว

เรียน ผู้ใช้บริการ TOT netcall ทุกท่าน

ขณะนี้บริการ  TOT netcall สามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติแล้วครับ

เป็นที่ Netcall หรอกเหรอครับ ผมหลง restart ทั้ง router ทั้ง ATA ตั้งหลายรอบ....เกือบขว้างทิ้งไปแล้วเชียว...ถ้าอย่างนี้แสดงว่า ช่วงค่ำๆ ที่จะ register ไม่ได้นี่เป็นเพราะ Netcall หรอกเหรอครับ

TOT netcall มีปัญหาตอนเย็นวันที่ 15 ตุลา 2553 น่ะครับ เย็นวันอื่นๆ ระบบใช้งานได้ตามปกติครับ
