ผู้ใช้บริการ TOT netcall แบบ Prepaid สามารถเปลี่ยนเลขหมายของท่าน ที่ขึ้นต้นด้วย 068xxxxxxx เป็น 060xxxxxxx ได้โดยอัตโนมัติ

โดยท่านสามารถเข้าไปได้ที่ http://biglot.totnetcall.com/060

1. ใส่ Username (06810xxxxx, 06811xxxxx) และ Password เดิมของท่าน
2. ระบบจะตรวจสอบยอดเงินคงเหลือ จากนั้นกดปุ่มเริ่มเปลี่ยน
3. ระบบจะแสดงเลขหมาย 060 ของท่าน

Thanks for the update, I've changed it and now it seems to work   A couple of comments though:

1. The CSID is strange, mine is showing as +60007**** (intentionally hidden last digits)
2. When I hang up the call the receiving number still continues to receive an incoming call for at least 30 seconds (until diverted to voicemail).  i.e. There is an enormous lag between me cancelling a call and the server cancelling it.

Anyway, at least it's working again :-)

      It's same with me when using TOT NetCall ID begin with 060007xxxx calling to AIS it show +60007xxxx
but if call to DTAC or TrueMove it will show 060007xxxx.
      May be AIS isn't yet update their system to recognize number begin with 060, it show like you call from Malaysia (Country Code 60).


      Do you get replacement number begin with 06000753xx ?

AIS shows our 060xxxxxxx incorrectly. The first digit is replaced by "+".

For other operators, our 060 is displayed correctly.

Yes, last night I called True and noticed it displayed correctly.  As you mentioned, it seems to be only AIS, let's hope they fix it soon.

Yes, my number is in the 06000753xx range.

On the issue of how long it takes for the server to cancel the call, can this be fixed?  In my case I called my own mobile to check Netcall is working, I then hung up immediately but the incoming call on my mobile continued until diverted to voice mail (30s).

ผู้ใช้โปรโมชั่น Prepaid ใน Package โทรน้อย จากอัตรา 0.25 บาท/นาที ปรับขึ้นเป็น 0.35 บาท/นาที (ไม่รวม VAT)
ผู้ใช้โปรโมชั่น Prepaid ใน Package โทรสบาย จากอัตรา 0.21 บาท/นาที ปรับขึ้นเป็น 0.30 บาท/นาที (ไม่รวม VAT)
ผู้ใช้โปรโมชั่น Prepaid ใน Package โทรกระหน่ำ จากอัตรา 0.17 บาท/นาที ปรับขึ้นเป็น 0.25 บาท/นาที (ไม่รวม VAT)

ผมใช้ totnetcall prepaid มาตลอด เพิ่งรู้ข่าวว่าต้องเปลี่ยนจากหมายเลข 068 เป็น 060 แต่ไม่สามารถเข้าไปเปลี่ยนจากหน้าโฮมเพจ บอกว่าปิดบริการจะเปิดอีกทีเดือนตุลาคม จึงไม่สามารถใช้บริการได้ตอนนี้ เข้าจาก link ข้างบนก็ล็อคอินไม่ได้ครับ รบกวนช่วยแก้ไขด้วยครับ หมายเลขของผม 0681083035 ขอบคุณครับ

ขอบคุณสำหรับคำตอบครับคุณ Dave แต่ทำไมตอนนี้ notebook ผมเปิดโปรแกรม soft phone ไม่ได้อะครับ เปิดโปรแกรมขึ้นมามันขึ้น 503: service unavailable อะครับ มันไม่ขึ้น online ใช้โทรไม่ด้เลยครับ แต่ใช้ fring กับ phone โปรแกรมก็เด้งหลายครั้ง แต่ยังพอใช้โทรได้ T.T ยังไงรบกวนขอวิธีแก้ไขด้วยครับ ขอบคุณมากครับ
