I sent my email for requested numbers within 1 hour of the TOT email being sent. So far I have not received a new number. I cannot make calls with the old number, I just get the message saying service is suspended and to call the contact centre, which I have done twice and still no solution. I've also emailed support, I get a ticket number and then no reply

When is this going to be resolved? I have to add to my credit each month to stop it expiring yet I can't use the service. I hope that my credit period will also be extended by 2 months!
Please let me know when this can be fixed.
