Settings for SIP phone

Can someone post a settings for a VoIP Phone like Snom 320? I am trying to use TOT Netcall with a SIP-phone and it seems to be impossible to find configuration information. The information I need is following:
Login Information: 
Account: This must be my phone number
Password:   
Registrar:WHERE I GET THIS?   
Outbound Proxy:WHERE I GET THIS?

Proxy for TOT Netcall = 203.113.125.82

register expires = 360 sec. or 240 sec.

Codec : G.711a law or G.711u law and G.729 only

Based on SNOM 3x0 VoIP phones user manual on P. 38  in SIP identity configuration task section

Account (SIP Username): Your TOTnetcall username
Password (SIP Password): Your TOT netcall password

Registrar(SIP Domain/Server): 203.113.125.82

Thanks Dave. Now there is still a problem. I did not receive my password from TOT and I am located in other country (Finland) at the moment. In registration I gave my Thai GSM number...

I just sent info you asked for. Hopefully it clearifies the situation. I am not sure if you receive it correctly, because a part of it is written in Thai language and my linux don't like the Thai codepage..
