เรื่อง การปิดบริการ TOT netcall ชั่วคราว (23:00-06:00) วันที่ 29 กรกฎาคม 2552

สวัสดีครับ ท่านผู้ใช้บริการทุกท่าน
บริการ TOT netcall มีความเสียใจที่ต้องแจ้งให้ท่านทราบว่า ทางบริการ TOT netcall มีความจำเป็นต้องปิดบริการชั่วคราวเพื่อติดตั้งและปรับแต่งระบบ โดยมีกำหนดเวลาดังนี้
เวลา 23:00 วันที่ 29 กรกฎาคม 2552 ถึงเวลา 06:00 วันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2552

ซึ่งการปิดบริการชั่วคราวนี้ จะทำให้ไม่สามารถใช้บริการ TOT netcall ทั้งหมด
บริการ TOT netcall และ บมจ. ทีโอที จึงขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกในการใช้บริการ และหวังว่าท่านผู้ใช้บริการยังคงเลือกใช้บริการของเราเช่นเดิม
ขอขอบพระคุณ

Dear Valued Customers,
We are sorry to inform you that TOT netcall service will be closed for system upgrading. The schedule is:
Start 23:00, 29 July 2009 => End 06:00, 30 July 2009


After the shutdown period, the service will return to its normal operation.

หากมีปัญหาจะได้ปรึกษาได้ทันท่วงทีน่ะครับ เพราะของผมใช้ในรูปแบบบริษัท ค่อนข้างซีเรียสนิดหนึ่ง หากโทรออกไม่ได้หลังจากปรับปรุงระบบน่ะครับ...

หากท่านผู้ใช้บริการ มีปัญหาใดๆ ที่เกิดจากการ upgrade โปรด post ที่หน้า Webboard นี้ ในช่วง 7:15 ของวันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2552

จะมีเจ้าหน้าที่คอยดูครับ

            เวลาดังกล่าวไม่สามารถโทรรออกได้เลยใช่ไหมครับ หรือแค่ไม่สามารถลงทะเบียน เติมเงิน เท่านั้นครับ

The ToT in DL will be slightly different most likely, but Im not sure as to specifics of it.  And I dont have a ETA on it either, sorry  :?
