สวัสดีครับ

ขณะนี้ได้รับการประสานจาก ASTRA ให้ผู้ใช้ ADSL Modem ของ Billion รุ่น BiPAC 52xx ทำการ Update firmware ครับ ซึ่งจะช่วยแก้ปัญหาในการใช้ TOT netcall

สำหรับผู้ที่ไม่ได้ใช้ TOT netcall ไม่จำเป็นต้อง Update firmware นี้นะครับ


Firmware ที่ Update เป็นรุ่น (2.11.45.5(UE0.C2C)3.10.13.0) ซึ่งจะช่วยแก้ปัญหา TOT netcall สายหลุดทุก ๆ 15 นาทีหรือสายหลุดบ่อยครับ โดยสามารถเข้าไป Download ได้ที่

สวัสดีครับ เพิ่มเติมจากคุณ ekkiso

หลังจาก Up Firmware เป็น Firmware ของ TOT แล้วค่า Default สำหรับ User Name และ Password เป็นดังนี้ครับ

User Name : admin
Password : tot

ถ้าใช้ netcall อยู่แล้ว ไม่มีปัญหาอะไรก็ไม่ต้องก็ได้ครับ แต่ถ้าใช้ Netcall แล้วมีปัญหา ก็ up ได้ครับ แต่ต้องทำด้วยความระมัดระวังนะครับ

อัพเสร็จแล้ว ให้ กดปุ่ม RESET ค้างไว้ขณะเครื่องเปิด 6 วินาที
